I'm Robb
Davidson: a recording engineer, producer,
writer, and musician living in Seattle.
I work on all kinds of projects: national advertising, tv shows, film, etc ... this site is mostly about my work in the Seattle
music scene.
I started out as a drummer, playing in bands and doing some session work. Over the years I developed a true passion for
the art of making records. For me, recording and mixing music is a deeply satisfying and exciting process. I'm genuinely
passionate about every record I work on.
These days I have a lot goin' on. There's the production company with my friend Bart, a record label with my friend Beck,
and an original music company with my friend Charlie .... Of course I'm also constantly recording, mixing, and mastering
records in one of my studios, playing in the bands BMF and 518vsJoel.... as well as random stuff like writing promos for MTV,
or "acting" in my friend's cable TV show (long story).
Basically, over the last 13+ years I've worked with a buncha folks on a buncha projects and even won a buncha awards.
The list grows steadily -- if you want to know more about all that, just ask me.
